Stuart Roberts

Asia Pacific CEO for  Cushman & Wakefield across 9 countries and 8,000+ staff, successfully leading the business for three years through complex acquisitions, integration, leadership and workforce rejuvenation. As CEO, he delivered accelerated financial success, with revenues and profit growing by 25% and 60% respectively. Prior to that, he started Fig Tree Capital and invested, consulted and mentored businesses for success, including the preparation for acquisition of Wright Property. He started his career at JLL in Sydney, and then New Zealand and Singapore where he was promoted to COO of Asia Pacific. He managed JLL through extreme growth cycles and successfully guiding the business through downturns such as the global financial crisis.  

Holly Yang

Over 30 years of marketing experience across three regions, with a proven track record of defining and motivating cross-cultural teams and functions. She was CMO for Asia Pacific for Cushman & Wakefield for almost three years, building talent, defining go-to-market strategy and implementing CRM platforms and executive workshops. Prior to that, she held multiple roles with JLL, including Head of Marketing Asia Pacific, Global Marketing Head Corporate Solutions, Head of Strategic Services and finished her career at JLL as an International Director.  One of 10% of females to achieve this prestigious position. She has also held senior marketing roles with Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young, both in the US.

Peter Barge

20 years living and working overseas took Peter to New York, Singapore and Chicago.  As JLL Asia Pacific CEO, he oversaw 25,000 staff spread across 60 Asia Pacific offices and 13 countries and grew the company tenfold during his tenure. Peter has also held CEO and leadership roles in Property, Hotel and Tourism, Education and Technology sectors. He is a specialist in cross‐cultural management global leadership and is sought after by many boards. He is regularly quoted in the media commenting on emerging real estate trends, tourism, global outsourcing, cross‐cultural leadership and talent development. An author of The Little Book of Big Decisions, The Little Book of Real Estate Definitions Asia Pacific, The Art of... series which covers hotel services and operations and he co‐authored International Hospitality Industry Organisational and Operational Issues
